When you dine with us, you can trust that we go above and beyond to ensure your meal is celiac safe. We have dedicated equipment, including a pasta cooker, utensils, and microwave, specifically for preparing gluten-free dishes. This means there's no risk of cross-contamination with gluten-containing ingredients.

Our toppings station is nearly entirely gluten-free, with only a few exceptions. But don't worry – those toppings are stored separately in their own containers to prevent any accidental mixing. We're meticulous about labeling and handling our gluten-free items. Each gluten-free bowl is clearly marked with stickers, so you can easily identify them. Before preparing a gluten-free order, we thoroughly wipe down all counters to eliminate any traces of gluten.

And let's not forget about our gluten-free garlic knots and cookies! These delectable treats are individually wrapped and labeled separately to ensure they remain free from cross-contamination throughout the preparation and serving process.
